Job Summary Line:
We are hiring an Technician for CSSD to support sterilization and infection control processes at our hospital in Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Salary Range:

• According to the Hospital Salary structure.
• For extensive experience and qualifications, the salary and position will be negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning, sterilizing, packing, and distributing surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Operate autoclaves and other sterilization machines under supervision.
• Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized before use.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and supply distribution.
• Follow infection control protocols strictly to ensure patient safety.
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors.
• Support the CSSD team in inventory management and stock control.

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC/Equivalent (Science background preferred)
• Diploma/Certificate in CSSD/Medical Technology will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in hospital CSSD preferred
• Freshers may also apply

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 20–35 years
• Basic knowledge of sterilization methods and infection control
• Ability to handle surgical instruments and sterilization equipment carefully
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Good teamwork and communication skills
