- রান্না ও খাদ্য প্রস্তুতির কাজে প্রধান কুককে সহায়তা করা।
- পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে রান্নাঘরের পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
- খাদ্য ও রান্নার উপকরণ সংরক্ষণ এবং ব্যবস্থাপনায় সহায়তা করা।
- খাদ্য প্রস্তুতের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সকল সরঞ্জাম ও পাত্র পরিষ্কার রাখা।
- খাদ্যতালিকায় বর্ণিত নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
