We are looking for a skilled, professional, experienced, dedicated Dietician.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional accurate counseling to patients.
- Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine the nutritional needs and diet restrictions of the patient.
- Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans and diet modifications, and food selection and preparation.
- Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve the quality of life of patients.
- Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Organize, develop, analyze, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat, low-cholesterol, and chemical-free meals.
- Manage the quantity of food service departments or clinical and community nutrition services.
- Coordinate recipe development and standardization and develop new menus for independent food service operations.
- Advise food service managers and organizations on sanitation, safety procedures, menu development, budgeting, and planning to assist with the establishment, operation, and evaluation of food service facilities and nutrition programs.
- Test new food products and equipment.
- Any Other Responsibilities to be assigned by the company from time to time;
Employment Status
Full-Time Roster Duty (Morning and Evening)
Educational Requirements
Graduation or Masters in Food and Nutrition from a reputed Public or Private University.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Preferably in Healthcare industry experience.
