Requirements
Education
- Higher Secondary
Experience
- Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement/store (healthcare experience preferred).
- Knowledge of medical supplies, hospital consumables, and local vendors is an advantage.
- Basic IT knowledge: MS Office, ERP/HMS software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Ensure excellent service standards, maintain quality of service, respond efficiently to the need of the authority and develop customer as well as management satisfaction as priority.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and collecting quotations.
- Support vendor selection, negotiation, and follow-up for timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, price lists, and purchase agreements.
- Ensure procurement follows hospital policy and cost-effectiveness.
Store & Inventory Management
- Receive, verify, and record incoming goods (medical consumables, equipment, pharmacy items, general supplies).
- Maintain proper stock levels through routine checks and audits.
- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) usage.
- Issue items to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain computerized records of purchases and stock using HMS/ERP or manual registers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and purchase reports.
- Report shortages, discrepancies, and damaged items immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist in annual stock-taking and audits.
