Job Summary Line:
We are looking for Medical Support Staff (General Lab/ Lab Assistant) to assist in laboratory operations and patient care at our hospital in Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Salary Range:

• According to the Hospital Salary structure.
• For extensive experience and qualifications, the salary and position will be negotiable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist laboratory technologists in sample collection, labeling, and preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of laboratory equipment.
• Support in performing basic diagnostic tests under supervision.
• Safely handle biological specimens and dispose of waste according to hospital guidelines.
• Maintain records of test samples and results as directed.
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and working area.
• Provide support to doctors and technologists for smooth lab operations.

Employment Status:
Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC (Science background preferred)
• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Technology (Lab) will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:

• 1–2 years of practical experience preferred
• Freshers with science background may also apply

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 20–35 years
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety rules
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
